David Eaton – President/CEO
Mr. Eaton has over 30 years experience in public markets with exposure to all aspects of the business as a trader, financier and market maker. Over his career, Mr. Eaton has started many public companies, managing the process from creating the structure, organizing the initial public offering and post listing administration. As Chairman of Baron Global Financial Canada Ltd., a full-service merchant bank providing ongoing financial and legal back-office support to public companies, Mr. Eaton has a track record of creating companies that bring together solid projects with his network of North American and European investors.
JUSTIN LAU – CFO
Justin Lau is a Chartered Professional Accountant with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He brings extensive experience in financial reporting, technical accounting, and advisory services across multiple international markets.
He is currently Senior Manager of Financial Reporting and Advisory Services at Treewalk, where he supports a wide range of publicly listed companies on the NASDAQ, TSX-V, and CSE, as well as private companies preparing for public offerings. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, providing audit services to a range of prominent clients, including those listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
He is also a Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong and a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

ALEXANDER McAULAY – Independent Non-Executive Director
Alexander McAulay, CPA, is an accomplished entrepreneur and capital markets executive with extensive experience in accounting, business development, and public company leadership. As the CEO and owner of Treewalk Ventures Inc., Alexander has built a fast-growing accounting firm that serves public companies with innovative solutions and a team of over 50 professionals. He has a proven track record of guiding organizations through key transitions, including public listings, mergers, and strategic growth initiatives, leveraging his expertise to drive impactful business outcomes.
Denise Lok – Independent Non-Executive Director
Ms. Denise Lok is a Chartered Professional Accountant and an Associate member of the Chartered Governance Institute, with extensive experience in corporate finance, financial reporting, governance, and capital markets transactions, including IPOs, RTOs, and M&A. She has spent over 15 years advising and managing financial operations and corporate governance matters for publicly traded companies across various sectors, including mining, technology, and industrial markets.
Previously, she was with PwC in the audit and assurance practice, where she obtained her CPA designation. Throughout her career, she has served as CFO, Corporate Secretary, and director for multiple companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and the Canadian Securities Exchange.
Ms. Lok holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Transportation Logistics from the University of British Columbia.
